About the project
Boketto Club is a startup that organizes getaways and social experiences to corporate teams in Europe and the United States to socialise.
Considering the use of context and Boketto's value proposition, it was decided to create a web app.
Solution
I started defining the complete flowchart based on the user personas.
I designed and created the UI kit with all their components.
I created a functional prototype with smart animations.
Onboarding
I identified 2 types of user personas: vendors that publish their events and activities, and people in charge of organizing and coordinating those events for their teams. Following this premise, I created 2 onboardings: one for each one.
Dashboard experience
In order to facilitate the way the person who organizes the corporate event searches for that perfect experience that matches their preferences, I added some filters.
I designed a specific section where the user, with a quick scan could see what their next events are.
Dashboard experience
The description of each service is uploaded by the vendor. From their Profile section, they can manage the content which will be shown to the potential clients. Each experience has a description, pictures and reviews. From that screen, the user can quote and confirm the service.
The Profile section of the person in charge of organizing an event differs from the vendors: The first on can manage his teams in an easy way: check the status of notifications and invite new team members to assist the event.
Vendors can check his metrics.
